Each site has different requirements, and this can change the execution time. On average, a simple presentation site (1-page), can be made in 7 working days.

For more complex sites, the time can also pass 30 working days.

The steps are quite simple. Initially, you'll need to reserve a domain. Then choose on the platform to host your website. And here it is either Webflow or Framer. Both are quite good, but depending on the requirements I can recommend the right platform.
